What happens after I have placed my order?

After you have successfully placed an order at, you will immediately receive an order confirmation.

It will then take 1-2 days for us to process your order and make it ready for shipping. As soon as your order has been shipped, we send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Stockholm, Sweden, and are delivered within 2-8 working days. There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time. This is not something can be hold responsible for.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched and shipped from our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. If you haven’t received this email, please send an email to

Which courier do you use?

We use Fedex for international shippings and Swedish Mail within Scandinavia. During the seasonal clearance, we offer free shipping worldwide with Swedish Mail.

Will I have to pay any additional duties and/or taxes?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Marcus Malmborg, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

What is the return policy?

All purchases may be returned within 14 days. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. For refunds, we deduct $40 USD to cover shipping and restocking. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase. A refund will be paid out after quality check of the returned goods.

We do not accept returns for special order (made-to-order), gift cards or any sale products.

How do I make a return?

Email and we will allocate a Returns Authorization(RA) number for you, and give you all the details you need.

Where do I send my returns to?

We will provide you with the full address when we allocate your Returns Authorization number to you!

How long does it take for the exchange/refund to be processed?

We process returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask for up to 4 business daysto be able to process your return. If you're exchanging - we will send your newpiece(s) out, and email you a new tracking number

What if my items are damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to and include the following information:

● The faulty item's name and number
● A description of the fault

We'll get back to you as soon as we can and send you a replacement item as quicklyas we can.

Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I placed my order?

Our prices change in response to stock and demand from customers. In this case wewill not refund the difference.
